No. As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning and any animals are secured, you do not need to be home. We’re here to make your life easier.

All waste is securely bagged and tied before being placed in your trash can or a designated area on your property. If your trash can is unavailable, we will leave the sealed bag besides your garage.

For sanitary reasons, we do not transport waste off-site. Double-bagging is available upon request for enclosed trash areas.

We operate Monday through Friday. Service days are determined by geographic routes.

Because each yard varies in condition, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. However,

You will receive a text or email reminder the night before service.

We understand that occasional delays happen. If you communicate with us in advance, we’re happy to work with you. However, accounts with unpaid invoices and no communication will be removed from the schedule.

We’re willing to reinstate service once the balance is resolved.

We service in light rain or snow. However, we may postpone visits in cases of lightening, severe weather or if most of the yard is covered in fresh, heavy snow.

If that happens, you’ll be notified and we will reschedule within the same week when possible.

During holiday weeks, your service day may shift but you will still receive service.

No contract term is required. You can start or cancel service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less notice may still be billed.

Service may occasionally shift by a day in severe weather to ensure safe working conditions. You’ll receive a notification when your technician is on the way and a photo confirmation after the service is completed.
